This website provides general information about Cowboy Equipment Exchange, operated by Cowboy Exchange LLC. By using it, you agree to these website terms. Website content is not an offer to sell any particular asset or a commitment to accept an engagement.
Equipment information and availability
Information about equipment may originate from owners, sellers, or other third parties and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or subject to change. Cowboy does not guarantee availability, condition, value, ownership status, or suitability for a particular purpose. Buyers should independently verify material facts, ownership, liens, and fitness for their needs.
Inspections and warranties
Used equipment involves risk. Independent pre-purchase inspections are encouraged. Cowboy does not mechanically inspect, certify, manufacture, or warrant represented equipment and does not take title to it. Any seller warranties or transaction protections must be established in the applicable written purchase documents.
Building partners and other services
Cowboy is developing relationships with building companies. For any building engagement, design, engineering, estimating, permitting responsibilities, construction, and warranties are addressed in the building company’s agreement with the customer. Cowboy is not a general contractor or engineer. Independent inspection and transportation providers contract directly with the applicable transaction parties. Cowboy does not provide transportation, freight brokerage, financing, or escrow services.
Separate agreements control
Actual brokerage representation, sourcing engagements, fees, purchases, and building projects are governed by their applicable written agreements. Those agreements control over general website descriptions if there is a conflict. Contacting Cowboy does not by itself create a brokerage engagement or an obligation to complete a transaction.
